Men's tennis falls 7-2 to the University of Chicago

The Wheaton men's tennis team had their five-match winning streak halted on Monday afternoon by a 7-2 loss to the University of Chicago. Ryan Kreis, ranked ninth in the region, remained undefeated at #1 singles by defeated Deepak Sabada 6-4, 5-7, 6-4. Sabada was ranked fourth in the region entering the match. Kreis also teamed with Josh Ward for an 8-6 victory over Sabada and Alex Golovin at #1 doubles.

Wheaton continues its season with a CCIW tilt at Elmhurst College on Wednesday afternoon.
