Wheaton, Ill. - Wheaton College's Teddy Watkins was named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Offensive Football Player of the Week and was also selected to the D3Football.com Team of the Week on Monday.

Watkins, a senior wide receiver, tied Wheaton's single-game record with four touchdown receptions, including a 47-yard scoring catch, during a 49-29 win over Millikin on Saturday. Watkins finished with eight catches for 146 yards in his final contest with the Thunder.

This season, Watkins led the CCIW with 62 catches for 775 yards to go with nine touchdowns. He ends his four-year career with 116 catches, 1,523 receiving yards and 14 receiving touchdowns. In addition, he returned 60 kicks for 1,553 yards (25.8 yards per return).
