Wheaton, Ill. - The Thunder volleyball team hosted the "Wheaton Five-Team Tournament" on Saturday in King Arena. The host Thunder posted a 1-1 record on the day, finishing in third place.

Trinity Christian College posted the only 2-0 record of the day to win the tournament. University of Chicago, Wheaton and Kalamazoo College were each 1-1; however, following tiebreakers Chicago was second, Wheaton took third and Kalamazoo was fourth. Illinois Wesleyan was 0-2 on the day with a fifth-place finish.
