Joliet, Ill. - The Wheaton College men's tennis team got back into the win column with a pair victories on Saturday, 5-4 over University of St. Francis (Ill.) and 8-1 over Indiana Institute of Technology.

The Thunder have now won four of its last five matches to improve to 4-5 on the season.

Wheaton swept all six singles matches and pulled out a pair of three set wins to ensure a comfortable 8-1 victory over Indiana Tech.

Host St. Francis took two of the three doubles matches, but the Thunder rallied in singles by winning four of six singles.

On the day, Jordan Williams, David Stephens and Joel Parrish all went 2-0 in singles. The duo of Williams and Colin Johnson also won both their doubles matches 8-6 and 8-1.
