Wheaton men's tennis falls 7-2 vs. Carthage, match with Wisconsin-Oshkosh cancelled

David Stephens picked up a win at No. 4 singles on Saturday
Oshkosh, Wis. - The Wheaton College men's tennis team lost to Carthage College 7-2 and had its match against University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh cancelled on Saturday.

The Thunder are now 2-5 on the season and 0-1 in the CCIW. The Red Men improved to 6-3 on the year.

Wheaton earned individual victories at No. 4 singles by David Stephens (7-5, 6-3) and at No. 3 doubles by Colin Johnson and Jordan Williams (9-8).

The Thunder continue its season at 3:00 PM next Saturday at University of St. Francis (Ill.).
