Chicago, Ill. - The Thunder volleyball team picked up its first conference win of the season with a 3-0 (25-20, 25-19, 25-20) victory at North Park on Tuesday night.

Sophomores Sarah McWilliams and Jenna McCallister each led the Thunder with eight kills. Paige Narr added seven kills and recorded a team-high seven total blocks. Senior Ashlie Pace tallied 14 digs, with two assists, while Cassie Murphy added 12 digs. 

Wheaton is now 8-4 overall and 1-2 in CCIW play. The Thunder will host the nine-team Wheaton Invitational this weekend. Action begins at 3:30 on Friday and the second day of action begins at 10 AM on Saturday.
