The Thunder women's tennis team earns a 9-0 win at Carthage

Freshman Elizabeth Worsowicz earned wins at #2-singles and #1-doubles

Kenosha, Wis. – The Thunder women's tennis team remained undefeated on Monday afternoon with a key 9-0 conference victory at Carthage College. Wheaton is now 6-0 on the season and 5-0 in conference play. Thunder head coach Jane Nelson noted of her team's effort, “I am extremely pleased with the way the team played. To Carthage's credit the 9-0 score is not indicative of how well the matches were played on each side of the net. It was a tough match.”

Monday's match had been re-scheduled twice due to weather issues on the earlier scheduled dates.
