Thunder women's tennis team tops Augustana 9-0 in CCIW action

Rock Island, Ill. (9/16) - The Thunder women's tennis team earned a 9-0 victory at Augustana on Saturday morning. The victory improves Wheaton to 5-0 on the season and 3-0 in conference play. Wheaton will play a make-up match on September 18 when it will host North Central at 3:30 PM in a match that was originally scheduled on September 4, but was postponed due to rain.

Sophomore All-American Jordan Hook improved her season record to 5-0 with a 6-0, 6-0 victory against Megan DeShon at number-one singles. Sophomore Brittney Dunn is also a flawless 5-0 on the season with a 6-2, 6-4 victory against Kelsi Walters at number-five singles.
