Volleyball team earns a 3-0 victory at Carroll (Wis.)

Waukesha , Wis. (9/29) – The Thunder volleyball team earned a 3-0 (30-24, 30-27, 30-24) victory at Carroll College (Wis.) on Friday night. Wheaton improves to 11-5 on the season with the non-conference victory. The Thunder will host Elmhurst on October 3 in King Arena at 7 PM.

Sophomore Mallory Sullivan led the Thunder with 13 kills, and Lisa Jutsum added eight. Sophomore setter Annie Himmelhaver had nine kills and a team-high 33 assists. Leah Whiteley recorded 23 digs and Sullivan added 18. Kelli Miller led the Wheaton with seven blocks, Himmelhaver made six blocks and Calla Young had four.
