Chicago, Ill. (10/24) – The Thunder volleyball team was a 3-1 victor  in a 26-30, 30-23, 30-14, 30-24 win at the University of Chicago on Tuesday night. Wheaton is now 16-9 on the season. The Thunder will conclude the regular season this weekend at Calvin College's Midwest Invitational”.

Sophomore Mallory Sullivan made a team-high 15 kills, with 31 digs. Lisa Jutsum added 14 kills and Kelli Miller contributed 13 kills with four total blocks. Setter Annie Himmelhaver had 45 assists, with eight kills. Junior Leah Whiteley added 30 digs, Calla Young made five service aces and Grace Urane added four aces.

The sixth-seeded Thunder will travel to third-seeded Elmhurst College next Tuesday night for the CCIW Tournament Play-in game. The winners from each of Tuesday's four play-in games will compete in the CCIW Tournament next Friday and Saturday at the highest remaining seed.
