Wheaton, Ill. – Wheaton has placed three student-athletes on the 2015 Division III All-Central Region Team as selected by the National Soccer Coaches Association (NSCAA). Seniors
Elliot Borge (PICTURED RIGHT) and
Marshall Hollingsworth (PICTURED LEFT) each earned First Team All-Region recognition and fellow senior
Jon Clark picked up a Second Team All-Region nod. The trio helped lead Wheaton to a 15-4-3 record, the 2015 CCIW Men's Soccer Championship and advancement to the 2015 NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Quarterfinals.
Borge picks up his third career All-Central Region recognition this season. A NSCAA All-American in 2014, he played in all 22 games for the Thunder this season with five assists and two goals. A four-year standout in the Wheaton midfield, Borge has played in 89 games in his Thunder career with 14 assists and nine goals.
Hollingsworth earns the fourth All-region selection of his career. The 2014 and 2015 CCIW Player of the Year, Hollingsworth scored a team-best 18 goals this season, a mark that ranked 11th in Division III this season. His six game-winning goals was the 11th-highest total in the country this year. The senior also contributed six assists this year. He registered 42 total points on the season as he ranked 16th in Division III in total points. In four seasons with the Thunder, Hollingsworth appeared in 87 matches. He tallied 39 career goals, with 20 assists for 98 total points. He is tied for 13th in school history in career goals.

Clark (PICTURED LEFT) earned Second Team All-Region recognition with an outstanding senior season at defender. He helped anchor a Wheaton defense that allowed just 18 goals this season in 22 games with a team goals against average of 0.87. In 22 matches he registered four assists and scored two goals.
