Wheaton, Ill. - Wheaton College's Jaime Orewiler and Luke Vance were named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's and Men's Indoor Track Athletes of the Week on Tuesday.

Orewiler, a senior, set a school record in the mile run with a first-place time of 4:59.53 during North Central College's Cardinal Classic on Friday. It was her first mile race of the season as she currently ranks 12th on the NCAA Division III national list.

Vance was named Track Athlete of the Week for the second-straight week. The junior set a new school and facility record in the 800-meter run during North Central's Cardinal Classic on Friday. He finished first with a time of 1:52.90, which is the fifth-fastest in NCAA Division III this season.
