Wheaton, Ill. – Wheaton College's Leslie Weaver and Carl Sveen were named College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Swimmers of the Week on Tuesday.

Weaver, a freshman, dropped seven seconds off of her 200-yard IM, finishing third with a time of 2:28.86 at the North Central College Invitational over the weekend. She also finished with a personal best in the 100-yard butterfly.

Sveen, a freshman, won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:00.83 at the North Central College Invitational. It was Sveen's first time competing in the 500 freestyle this season.
