Tolleson was selected as the 2002 CCIW Player of the Year as a defender and also won the award as a midfielder in 2004. A three-time All-CCIW selection, he was First Team All-Conference in 2001, 2002 and 2004.
Tolleson was National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Region selection in both 2002 and 2004. He played in 85 match over four seasons (2000-02; 2004) with four goals and 12 assists, primarily as a defensive player.
In Tolleson's four seasons at Wheaton, the program made four NCAA Tournament appearances and won 71.8% of its matches in that time. Wheaton was 22-1-2 in conference play in that time, winning 88% of its CCIW matches and four conference championships.
