Jeanine Jankovsky McCleod was selected as the CCIW “Player of the Year” for 1991-92 and also was a First Team All-CCIW selection in both her junior and senior seasons. Jeanine helped lead the Crusaders to a CCIW conference championship in 1992. At the time of her graduation, she was eighth on Wheaton’s career scoring list, third in steals and third in assists.

After finishing her athletic career, she had the opportunity to also coach with Beth Baker for nine years at Wheaton. “This was also a very special and meaningful time, as I was afforded the opportunity to give back to Wheaton in service to the young women in the women’s basketball program,” she said. “I have been the fortunate one to be among such wonderful people for such a time, and I will be forever grateful for all my years at Wheaton.”
