A 1950 graduate, Dale Oxley made an immediate impact of the Crusader football team as a dominant offensive tackle. Oxley’s blocking contributed to a 27-7-1 team record during his career. Dale earned All-CCI honors and the “Best Blocking Lineman” award during both his junior and senior years. In addition, Oxley handled the place kicking duties for the Crusaders and at one time held numerous team kicking records.
