COMPLETE LIST OF NATIONAL QUALIFIERS

Wheaton, Ill. – Wheaton student-athletes Emma Gilbertson and Annie Shults will represent the Thunder women's track & field team this at the 2013 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships beginning on Thursday May 23 on the campus of UW-LaCrosse in LaCrosse, Wis.

Junior Emma Gilbertson qualified for Nationals in the women's 10,000-meter run. Gilbertson posted a qualifying time of 36:01.08 that she posted on April 25 at the GINA Relays in Hillsdale, Michigan. Gilbertson's time is 11th among the 22 qualifiers that will be competing in the finals on Thursday at 6:20 PM (CDT).

Senior Annie Shults will be competing in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase at Nationals on Thursday at 7:50 PM (CDT) in the prelims. Her qualifying time of 10:56.16 that was posted at the NCC Dr. Keeler Track & Field Meet on May 9 is the 14th-fastest time among the 22 participants that will compete in the prelims on Thursday.
