Wheaton, Ill. - Wheaton College's Ashlie Pace was named Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Volleyball Player of the Week on Tuesday.

Pace, a junior libero and team captain, helped lead the Thunder to a 4-1 record in five matches last week while also earning a selection to the Elmhurst Invitational All-Tournament team. Pace averaged 5.8 digs per set last week, with 115 total digs, and posted a service reception percentage of 97.7, making just two errors on a team-high 87 receptions. She also had five service aces on the week, with a serve percentage of 94.

In a 3-0 conference victory against Millikin on Tuesday night, Pace recorded 28 digs. At the Elmhurst Invitational, she had 25 digs and 16 serve receptions (with no errors) in a 3-1 victory against Concordia (Ill.).
